Weld processing for
heating pipes, viwapico's
pipe by handing heating
machine:
1.Weld machine
preparation work:
2. Pipe and fitting
preparation for welding:
-
Measure the pipe with
need length and cut by
ceasor. The cut piece
must be triagled with
the pipe length..
-
Clean the pipe and make
sure the pipe and
fitting are no oil or
dirty.
-
Measure the deep of
fitting hole and mark
the equivelent deep of
pipe.
3. Pipe welding work
-
Hand the pipe and
fitting to the welding
heads of weld machine
and holding for specifed
time (time is calculated
since the deep of pipe
and fitting holes is
inserted into weld head.
The time is quite
diffirent for the
diffirent dimension of
pipe. Please see the
attached table)
-
After specified time
take the pipe and
fitting out (take it out
straightly then insert
pipe and fitting gently
and tenderly, not
slowly. Then the weld
point will be fine and
strong.
-
The position of pipe and
fitting can be adjusted
for moment right after
the pipe and fitting is
inserted (Please see the
adjust time on the
machine)
